Mango Milk Shake

Ingredients:

Pulp of 2 mangoes
4 glasses of chilled soy milk, or milk of choice
4 tablespoons of rose syrup
1-3 ice cubes
Almonds and pistachios (optional)

Directions:

Blend first three ingredients in blend for 30 seconds. Pour in glasses and garnish with chopped almonds and pistachios. Serve chilled.

Variation: For papaya Milk shake substitute mango pulp with 1 cup of papaya pulp.
