

Serves 6.
Ingredients
- 1 cup wheat gluten
- 1/4 cup chickpea flour
- 1/4 cup nutritional yeast flakes
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp coriander
- 1 tsp ground paprika
- 1/2 tsp cayenne (optional)
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp turmeric
- 4 cloves garlic pureed
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 cup water
Directions:
- 1. In a large bowl, mix together all of the dry ingredients.
- 2. In a small bowl, stir together the water, garlic, olive oil and soy sauce.
- 3. Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and fully incorporate.
- 4. Split dough into 6. Take one and roll it out on to a small sheet of aluminum foil and form into a tube. Wrap and then twist ends. Repeat 6 times.
- 5. Put dogs in the oven at 375F for 25 minutes.
- 6. Allow dogs to cool. Then BBQ or sauté when ready to eat!
