1 tbsp Apple cider vinegar
1 clove garlic pureed
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
1 tbsp maple syrup

Ingredients

1 cabbage
1 red onion
1 yellow onion
1 red bell pepper
1 yellow bell pepper
1 green bell pepper
2 carrots
¼ scotch bonnet pepper
½ cup ketchup
1 tbsp thyme
1 tbsp Italian herbs
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tbsp onion powder


Directions
Shred or chop ingredients and mix everything together. Then sautee for 5-10 minutes. Serve over brown rice.
